Vastned, a listed European real estate company, has signed a long-term agreement with Vintage Fabrik to lease retail space at Kalverstraat 182 in Amsterdam. The retail space is 451 m², divided over the basement, ground, first and second floors. Vintage Fabrik will open its doors in spring after a thorough renovation of the shop. Vintage Fabrik is a high-end retail chain with shops in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and active in selling quality branded vintage clothing. CBRE represented Vintage Fabrik on the lease.
