Paper & Tea has opened a new flagship store in the heart of Amsterdam! CBRE Investment Management (Netherlands) has signed a long-term lease agreement with the Berlin brand for 200 m2 of retail space at Leidsestraat 39. Paper & Tea offers high-quality products with a stylish appeal. They provide premium teas from around the world, with a focus on craft, organic growing and sustainability. In addition to teas, they also sell accessories, notebooks and art prints. Their first concept store opened in 2012 and now they have 15 stores across Europe, plus an international online shop. The modern, sustainable retail space in Amsterdam has energy label A and was recently made more sustainable through a facade renovation. Leidsestraat 39 is part of the Dutch retail platform managed by CBRE Investment Management. Insight Real Estate advised the landlord on the lease.
