French fashion retailer Ba&sh has signed a rental agreement for a property in The Hague. The new store opened it's doors at Hoogstraat 19. It is the companies fourth Dutch branch. Ba&sh has signed a long-term lease for the approximately 155m² property on the ground floor with landlord Achmea Real Estate on behalf of the Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund. Ba&sh was founded in 2003 by Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief, and it can since be found at more than 500 outlets worldwide. Since 2015, it has been half-owned by L Capital, the investment company of luxury conglomerate LVMH. Insight Real Estate assisted the landlord, Achmea Real Estate.
