Besides studying Real Estate and Brokerage at college in Amsterdam, Arjen attended the Academie voor Vastgoed (NVM-Som) – where he studied as Commercial Real Estate Valuer – and is a Registered Broker (RM) and Registered Valuer (RT). Arjen started his career at a private investor in 2007, after which he joined the world of brokerage. At the start of 2013, Arjen started working as a valuer at Cushman & Wakefield. Three years later, he decided to join the retail team as associate, and was responsible for rent revisions under Article 7:303 CC. Arjen specialises in rental price revisions in accordance with Article 7:303 CC (for individual parties but also as an independent expert). In addition, Arjen advises investors during the sale and purchase of all kinds of real estate (including industrial, retail, automotive, healthcare and developments).

Arjen has excellent analytical and social skills and is a team player.
