Arthur Moerman

After completing his Bachelor’s in Business Economics at the HEAO in Utrecht, Arthur studied at the HEAO in Eindhoven, where he specialised in Real Estate/Brokerage. He completed his MSRE studies at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2009 and has been a member of RICS since 2013.

Arthur started his real estate career as a trainee at DTZ Zadelhoff in 2003, where he initially specialised in valuations but later switched to retail real estate as of 2008. In 2014, he moved to the retail team at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as Partner during his last year. Arthur specialises in offering support during rent revisions under Article 7:303 CC. Furthermore, he is regularly appointed as an independent expert by District courts and various market stakeholders, so that he can offer advice about rental prices pursuant to Article 7:304 CC.
